I’m an AI Engineer at ZS Associates, Canada part of the Scaled AI team, where I design and deploy GenAI and Agentic AI solutions for global pharmaceutical clients. My work focuses on building production-grade AI systems using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and scalable cloud-native architectures—enabling intelligent automation, dynamic agents, and faster decision-making in complex enterprise environments.

With a strong foundation in data engineering, LLM integration, and ML, I’ve delivered impactful AI-driven solutions across healthcare, sustainability, and telecom sectors. My previous roles at Vodafone (VOIS) and Durham College’s AI Hub involved leading initiatives like GenAI-powered compliance platforms, real-time telemetry pipelines, CXO-level dashboards, and multimodal insight engines. These projects improved business outcomes by reducing latency, increasing reporting accuracy, and unlocking operational efficiencies at scale.
